Meredith Fox is a corporate associate in the Portland office where her practice focuses on corporate formation, governance, tax planning for corporations and partnerships, and a wide range of business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and general business matters.
After graduating from law school, Meredith went on to receive her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, with an emphasis on domestic and international corporate tax planning. Meredith began her legal career as General Counsel for a performance-marketing technology start-up in San Diego, advising the company on technology licensing, state and federal tax matters, stock option plans, and commercial agreements.
Prior to joining White Summers Caffee and James, LLP, she worked at a boutique Portland law firm specializing in corporate and tax law, where she advised clients on entity formation, personal and corporate tax planning, corporate financing and governance, and succession planning.
