What is Liquidity Club?

Liquidity Club is our affiliate company that is a SAAS platform supporting post seed, growth and mezzanine companies driving towards liquidity exits including company sales, secondary equity sales, equity exchanges in our X-Fund and matching with investors, corporates and other founders in different geographies. Companies are invited to join, all members are profiled, and we facilitate success with matching, a knowledge base and deep discussions in breakout rooms on our Clubhouse platform. Our company members typically are accelerator graduates that need connections to move to the next level. Membership is free until we reach critical mass, after which we will charge a low cost subscription to share revenue with our accelerator partners and support our community. What is White Legal Strategy?

White Legal Strategy is our new front-end advisory firm that focuses on the deep analysis, tradeoffs and roadmaps for complex restructurings, workouts, JV initiatives, non-judicial dispute resolution and – basically the most difficult bet-the-company decisions that startup management, boards and investors must make. We focus on advice is the heart of what makes companies succeed or fail. Pragmatic solutions with no fluff. Just hard analysis, conclusions and execution plans. This is totally different from traditional law. We’ve been doing this for years on a global level and are now segregating this work as a specialized service.
