A reminder to all our clients that U.S. persons or businesses holding, directly or indirectly, 10% or more of the voting stock of a foreign business at the end of the 2019 fiscal year are required to complete and file Form BE-10 by May 29, 2020 with the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Economic Analysis. Civil and criminal penalties may apply for failure to make required filings. You may apply for an extension via BEA eFile System.
