Greetings from White Summers

First, we want thank all of you for a great 2019 and for your help on making our end-of-year collections push a success.   And we want to thank those of you who were able to attend our two big December events, our 24th Annual Holiday Party and the WhiteSpace X (WSX) launch of Africa House.  It was a big month, busy month and successful month – and now its on to 2020!

A couple of quick updates to the start of the year:

  • Our very own Samantha Gee out of our Portland Office is now managing the upload of new content firm wide onto our website and social media feeds.   Check out http://www.white-summers.com/ for the latest news on our firm, clients and global tech trends worth noting.

  • We are very pleased and excited to report that Ivette Leppe is now the new Director of US Operations for the WSX campus in SF and in the Valley!  Ivette will manage all WSX programs, investment initiatives and growth of our network.  Ivette will be joined by Olly who will focus on US / Africa initiatives through Africa House.   A full explanation of our programs and offerings through WSX will shortly be uploaded to the WSX website at http://www.whitespacex.com/.   Stay tuned for that.

  • We are also pleased to announce that we are finalizing a partnership between WSX and 360 Labs in SoMa SF [https://sfo.360-lab.com/] to share space, programs and our respective ecosystems globally.   As part of this cooperation, as of February 1st the SF Offices for both White Summers & WhiteSpace X will relocate to 360 Labs at 274 Brannon Street.   We are thrilled to be working with 360 Labs and expect this relationship to bring exciting new opportunities to our clients and community worldwide.

  • As many of you know, in December we completed renovations of the White Summers Building in downtown Redwood City.   As part of this continuing effort we are pleased to announce that we have a new resident artist who has placed many of her best pieces of modern art and designs throughout our Building.  Further, we have acquired and placed in the building new furniture with modern, clean lines in the offices of both White Summers and WSX.   Come take a look!

All-in-all, we are ready for 2020 and excited about prospects for our community.   Welcome back from the Holidays and we look forward to continuing our work with you!
