WELCOME TO 2021

We all thought 2021 would be better.   Hopefully so, but with the riots in DC, things have gotten off to a questionable start.   Ignoring that for the moment we wanted to thank all of you for the year-end messages we got from many of you with best wishes for the Season and the year to come.   We are very grateful for all of you for the work we are doing together and for the promise of things to come.

As we get into the year we look forward to seeing you again at our office or at events, Covid permitting of course.   Deal-flow was robust last year after the initial shock of the Pandemic, and continuing into 2021 we are now working on transactions in China, Spain, Africa, Germany, UK, Mexico, Russia and Ukraine.   This is aside from US deal flow.   We hope / expect more trans-border matters as the economy opens up.   Aside from a steady stream of financings and M&A work it is not surprising that we are currently seeing a high number of restructurings of companies that are adjusting to new dynamics impacting growth.  If you have questions about these kinds of transactions just let us know.

As we have reported to you before, in 2021 we will launch the WSX Club in Feb 2021 [again, check out http://www.whitespacex.com/].   Also, based in the White Summers Building in the Silicon Valley in Redwood City CA we have developed inexpensive flexible work-space rental alternatives for companies looking for segregated, protected office space on a regular part-time basis.   The future of work is unknown but workers still have to meet, collaborate and innovate together on occasion.   If you have an interest in exploring options with us please contact Elsie at her info above.

However the year unfolds we look forward to working with all of you in 2021.    Happy New Year and best wishes from the White Summers teams in Silicon Valley, Portland, Santa Cruz, Bend & Budapest!
