July News
In the past 3 weeks we closed on company sales for $600M, $47.5M, $22.5M and $15M. And there is more in the pipeline. Aside from hot weather, It’s also a super-hot M&A market!
Its official, Mark is splitting time now in Washington State to expand our work with companies and investors there and in Vancouver BC. If only the border would open up!
Taking advantage of the hot real estate market, we are pleased to announce that we sold our building in Redwood City in a sale-leaseback deal. Good all the way around, and we are still in the same office digs in the Valley for at least the next 5 years. And the building is still called the “White Summers Building”. Fortunately we got that one in the contract.
With Covid seemingly under control (knock on wood) we are now seeing clients (yes, folks like you!) face-to-face. Amazing. We’ve noticed that people are getting haircuts too, so we think we’ll recognize you and hope you recognize us-)). We’re even thinking of restarting our annual Holiday Party in December! We may be jumping the gun on that one, but it sure would be nice to see you all again. And planning is always a good thing!
Well, that’s about it. Try to stay cool, play golf (or something) have fun and drink plenty of fluids. As we’ve all learned, business never stops – but life was suspended there for a while. Its good to see all of us back in circulation again!

Best regards from the White Summers teams in Silicon Valley, Portland, Budapest, Santa Cruz, Bend….and now WA/Vancouver!
