Ahmed is Of Counsel at White Summers, Caffee & James, LLP, and leads our Middle East and North Africa practice. Ahmed has served as counsel to founders, companies and venture capital investors in connection with corporate governance matters, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, private offerings, joint ventures, venture capital and growth equity financings (from pre-seed to late-stage), bank financings, and cryptocurrency offerings. Ahmed's experience includes advising companies, investors, buyers and sellers globally on transactions having a total value of more than $1 billion. He works with companies at all stages – from pre-seed and formation through later stages and pre-IPO.

Ahmed earned his Master in Laws from the University of California, Los Angeles (2014), and a J.D. equivalent from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom (2012) where he was also elected Student Union President. Ahmed is admitted to the State Bar of California.

Ahmed enjoys playing chess, barbequeing and watching animal videos.
