Robyn’s practice focuses on advising companies in all growth stages--from organization and formation to equity financings, and all the way to scaling and exit opportunities. Prior to joining White Summers, Robyn worked for a large firm in their Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate group. Additionally, Robyn has experience working on a broad array of other business issues, including corporate governance, technology transfers, intellectual property, and commercial contracts. Robyn works closely with partners in both the Portland and Silicon Valley offices.

Robyn graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School and is a member of the Oregon and Multnomah Bar Associations. In her free time, Robyn is an avid runner, yogi and equestrian.
