GlobeSherpa Closes Acquisition

After weeks of tireless work, we have finally closed the acquisition of GlobeSherpa by RideScout. This is another of many advances GlobeSherpa has made recently, including launching the Virginia Railway Express App and entering into negotiations with San Fransisco and Phoenix.

We’re thrilled for the success that made this possible for GlobeSherpa. They will continue to operate in Portland and hope to grow their employee base with the support of RideScout.
